General Information

Anlee Industries is a Melbourne based and Australian owned furniture manufacturing company. Furniture is manufactured to order and is offered factory direct, specialising to the commercial and hospitality industries.

Anlee Industries also specialises in steel fabrication. Manufacturing custom steel components and frames to client specifications.

We recommend that you contact the office PRIOR to visiting the factory to arrange a meeting time and/or factory tour with Leo Fenech or Andy Chim.

The standard manufacturing lead time from confirmation of order and receipt of deposit is:

• 4-6 weeks for mild steel fabrication/furniture with powdercoat finish.

• 6-8 weeks for mild steel fabrication/furniture with polished chrome finish or stainless steel fabrication/furniture.

• T.B.A for custom steel fabrication, furniture, samples, prototypes.

Lead time is subject to the availability of raw materials (fabric/vinyl, timber, laminate) at time of order placement. Lead time is subject to all specifications that impact production, such as dimensions/heights, timber stains and metal finishes being confirmed, at time of order.

All custom work will be considered on an individual basis. Lead time will be estimated and specified to the client prior to the commencement of manufacturing.

Our factory closes for the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Manufacturing will recommence in the last week of January. Orders taken before the end of October are guaranteed for pre-Christmas pick up or delivery. Orders received after this date, will not be guaranteed for pre-Christmas. Lead time for these orders to be estimated on an individual basis.

Please discuss your delivery requirements with us. We aim to fulfil specific delivery dates if possible.

Our work is guaranteed to be carried out to your satisfaction which is covered by our 3 year warranty in accordance with Australian standards.

Generally, we do not carry stock. All items, including catalogue range, are manufactured to order in accordance to the above lead times.

Our range is manufactured to order with a wide scope for metal finishes, upholstery and timber finishes. Many products are available with variations to finishes, materials and size, to suit specific client requirements. Therefore, we do not have a set price for each product. We do not issue price lists. We work with our clients to offer products to suit their budget, quantity and finish requirements. We source pricing for materials at time of quotation to offer the product at the best price possible.

When pricing clients custom designed product, an actual price may not be able to be determined based on design only. Estimation may be advised with a confirmation of price to follow during or post sample/prototype production.

Pricing will be conveyed in a detailed written quotation with a letter of acceptance page for order confirmation. See below for details.

All prices quoted are excluding GST. Prices are subject to GST.

For all projects, we require a 40% deposit on order confirmation and balance on or prior to delivery. Please contact our office for further details. Goods remain the property of Anlee Industries until full payment has been received.

Payments can be made either by direct deposit or cheque. We do not accept credit cards. Please contact our office for further details.

To confirm an order, we require 40% deposit payment. Written confirmation is also required by signing our letter or acceptance page or in the form of your own purchase order. Once your deposit and written confirmation has been received, your order will be processed for immediate production and an order acknowledgement will be sent to you.

All goods are priced based ex-factory only. You can arrange your own pick up from our factory in Bayswater North, or we can arrange freight to you or your end client. Freight is outsourced by Anlee Industries, using reputable furniture freighters. Freight is quoted at time of quotation, based on quantity of goods and size of truck required, use of extra assistance (jockey), multiple trips, freeway tolls and delivery location.

We work closely with each individual client to ensure they receive the product they need on time and to budget.
